Community and design
This blog has been set up by Jacqueline Bosscher, Clare Eldridge + Elizabeth Phan as the outcome of a concept whereby a stand at DESIGNEX 2010 (Sydney, Australia, 22 - 24 April) could literally bring the fabric of the Australian design community to life.
The stand was one of four representing the Design Centre Enmore (Sydney). Utilizing the presence of the many visitors to DESIGNEX, we created an installation where information could be gathered and shared over 3 days. We had input and many interesting meetings and conversations with design professionals and students, and their ideas are shared here as the outcome of this project, to be used by all - but design students in particular - as a resource. Below you will find the many ideas, links and business contacts that were contributed.
